Tennis this week has been a struggle and a half. Its been tennis tryouts for OHS and to tell you the truth its kind of been a rotten ordeal. I would love to lie and say that I have just been a fabulous tennis player. But that would be a horrid lie. Tennis was something I became good at rather quickly. I learned all the strokes and started feeling confident a few months after I had started. But the growing confidence that I had came to a complete stop after my first tryout game. I came home in tears. Feeling like I would never be able to get out and play again. As I was complaining about how the match had left me feeling as though all the happy moments in my life had been sucked out of my soul.
I felt like Harry Potter after a dementor had just sucked his soul. But I got thinking and I am like Harry Potter. I can do this. I can fight off that dementor. And I wasn't going to do it by feeling bad for myself. I was going to have to go out there. And win.

I am thankful for the friend i had in harry potter. i am so very thankful.
I don't quite understand as to why i am so emotionally torn. a couple nights ago as we were waiting in line (for ten hours) i wasn't even comprehending that it was all coming to a close. but the next day as i woke i couldn't control myself. tears filled my eyes. my forever friend didn't really seem as though he would be staying forever.

after seeing the movie again ( i know i am a freak for seeing the movie two days in a row) i began to understand that harry was still here. that he would always be here. because he wasn't just a book. he was a friend.

p.s.trust me when i say that i am well aware that this may possibly be the worst picture ever of me. but its the only one i got of me standing next to h.p.

I guess you can call me baldie now. Yesterday I was in the mood for excitement and I wanted all of my hair gone. All of it. I guess you could call it a "teenager life crisis". So I went to my friend Kimberly's house and I chopped off ten inches of my hair.

The first thought that came to my mind was "oh crap i look like a boy". I shed a few tears (i am aware that it was childish). But I mean I did waste like two years growing it all out for it to all be gone in a split second.

I got over feeling sorry for myself and now I really like it! And the best part is that i gave it to locks of love.

My mother Nancy. She is really an amazing individual.
I love all the little things she does for me.
Like drive me to school every morning so I can get some more sleep since the bus comes at like six thirty.
All those times she will make a extra effort to make my friends feel welcome into our home.
On the nights at three in the morning when I go into her room crying about a headache. She ALWAYS gets up from her bed and goes down to the kitchen to get me meds.
Whenever she has the last piece of gum in her pack she gives it to me. Every single time.

I know these just seem like little things that every mom does. But it is the little things that tells me she loves me.
I hope one day I can do all these things for my kids and I hope that my kids will better appreciate it because I have been awful at telling her how much I love her and how much she means to me. But I love my mother to death.

i feel like i am like the weather. when it is foggy outside i feel disgusting on the inside.
so if you can imagine the last few months have put me in a bad mood. a really bad mood.
and i need to break free. but the only way to do that is for my best buddy summer to come to me. but sir summer is at least four months away. four bloody months away. which means like five more major snow storms.

i couldnt be more displeased. so i am taking a photo class right now. and i was super excited for this class!
so being an eager girl i walked into the class all excited and it went all downhill from there.
the teacher is horrid. he doesnt even take that good of pictures. i felt like crying. but luckily i controlled my teenage hormones and made it till the end of the period.
i guess i was just expecting this really amazing teacher who encouraged you to be the best you can be and was cheerful. nope he is negative and unenthusiastic.
but i guess i should just have lower exceptions.

As you know my family recently lost Sammie dog and we are still devastated but we really really REALLY want a new pooch! And we found the right guy or shall I say girl.
She is a West Highland Terrier who is adorable! She is perfect for our family because she is hypoallergenic which is just what we need for the fam bam and to make things better she is half the price of a pure breed dog! But as always Nancy put her foot down. Whatta bummer :(
